At Nolita Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original Nolita Diamonds presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
